To access the online version of the Oxford English Dictionary (2nd ed.), use the link below from a computer on the campus network:

With this link, search for your word, but make sure you pay attention to the cognates around it in the frame on the left.

If that doesn't work, try going to the library web page on your own to access the OED.

The bound edition of the OED is also available in the reference room of the library.  If you're on campus, it's a good idea to use the library's copy anyway--it's easier to read, and it's close to the Shakespeare concordance and other research tools that you may find necessary for your research.
